Great spot to grab a bite or a drink with a good location at the restaurant and bar. the staff here were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure my stay was really pleasant. Stayed in a twin room and had breakfast, really good deal for the price. 🌟

The room was spotless and modern, with with water from the shower, sofa bed plus a drink. The location was marvellous in several areas above the beds and the staff here was incredibly nice and accommodating.

The triple room with dual access to the bathroom was ready when we arrived. the setting of the hotel is perfect and nice. - the staff at the reception desk were helpful people.

Charming old property, has attentive staff with a very grumpy unfriendly staff member. Amazing breakfast with a good view for all tastes.

The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful. The meal in the evening was delicious and good value for money. We stayed with a 2 year old and was given a good sized room to put up our travel cot. The spa was great and the baby really enjoyed it, they supplied rings and floats etc for young children. All round good stay.

The jacuzzi in the spa was not working and I was really looking forward to relaxing in that. One of the restaurant staff was a bit miserable but the others made up for her.

This place offers a fantastic breakfast included in the rate, along with delicious food and clean, well-decorated twin rooms with TVs.

My wife and my sister in law have said that they really enjoyed the way in which everyone went out of their way to look after them during their stay.

Breakfast buffet was very ordinary at the price.

The setting was comfortable and easy. It was a short walk to a taxi, Chester, footgolf, and gardens. I ate in the garden restaurant nearby. the twin room I booked was brand new, complete with the bedroom, and had a good view.
